He has appeared with great artists such as Josep Colom, Gerard Caussé, the Janáček Quartet, or Alfredo Kraus, who invited him in his last years to play solo at his concerts, performing at the Maggio Fiorentino, the London Covent Garden, the Tonhalle in Zurich, or the prestigious Musikverein in Vienna.

He is devoted to present music, especially from his native country. Compromised with new compositions, he has a great interest in unknown repertoire for the main audience (Tomás Marco, Carmelo Bernaola).

Composers such as Gabriel Ercoreca, Luis de Pablo and Antón García Abril have dedicated to Asier Polo some of their Works. He has been able to combine modern music with the great classical repertoire, covering all the way from Bach’s Suites, classical and romantic Concertos, to contemporary music.
