Under the conduction of maestro Carlos Mena, the «Passion according to Saint John» will sound at the Teatro Monumental in Madrid on April 7 and 8 at 7:30 p.m.

The work, written shortly before Good Friday 1724 and premiered at the Church of San Nicolás (Leipzig), will be performed by the Orquesta y Coro RTVE, with a line-up of wonderful soloists, including Jone Martínez, Steve Davislim and Carlos Mena himself, who will perform the alto part.
